Biden defends Obama’s foreign policy record
Vice President Joe Biden is once again defending his boss, President Barack Obama, and his foreign policy record and suggested that Republican Mitt Romney doesn’t understand the role of contemporary commander in chief. On Thursday Biden delivered a campaign speech at New York University.
Boehner: Use Obamacare Funds for Student Loans
The Republican controlled House in a showdown with Obama, on Wednesday, moved to avert a doubling of a low-federal student loan rate by taking money from Obama’s healthcare overhaul. House Speaker John Boehner unveiled the proposal and announced that his chamber would vote on it on Friday – after Obama on a campaign-style tour pushed Congress to take action to preserve the low rate for millions of students.
RNC Files Complaint Over Obama Swing State Travel
The RNC filed a formal complaint with the Government Accountability Office Wednesday, accusing the Obama administration of using taxpayer funds to campaign on President Obama’s recent trip to three swing states, despite White House claims President Obama was giving speeches at official events.
Issa: Obama Government ‘Most Corrupt In History’
California Rep Darrell Issa chairman of the House Oversight Committee, calls President Barack Obama’s administration the most corrupt history. These remarks came during an interview on Bloomberg tv, in which Issa stated that the White House is “one of the most corrupt” in history.
Obamacare Collapse Would Put Employers in Charge
Should the US Supreme Court strikes down President Barack Obama’s health care overhaul, don’t look to government for what comes next. What this means is that employers and insurance companies will take charge. They’ll borrow some ideas from Obamacare, ditch others, and push even harder to cut costs.
