Obamacare’s Cost at $30.8B, 114M Paperwork Hours

You people who voted for him thought all would be wonderful, once Obamacare was passed, well now you are finding out that the opposite is true.  So far Obamacare has cost 30.8 billion and 111.4 million hours to complete paperwork to individuals, healthcare institutions, and small businesses.

Unions take on Obamacare

John Wilhelm, chairman of Unite Here Health, representing 260,000 union workers, recently told the Wall Street Journal, that Obama once said if you liked your healthcare, you could keep it.  Of course, keeping your health care plan, like many Obama-care promises, has turned out to be demonstrably untrue.

Obama and his smear and fear campaign

Mitt Romney’s senior advisor rejected the contention by Democrats that costs for seniors on Medicare will escalate under the plan proposed by vice-presidential candidate Paul Ryan.  Then Chris Wallace of “Fox News Sunday,” told Ed Gillespie the Congressional Budget Office estimated Medicare costs could increase by $6,400.

Gillespie said that figure is “an assumption.”

The False Comparison: Obama, JFK, and Reagan

Many of our former presidents were advocates of furthering freedom, but unlike his predecessors, in Obama’s case, we are left wondering what his goal is, when it comes to freedom. And regardless of his beliefs, he is nothing like JFK. Kennedy was a true American, who had strong beliefs about this nation, and even at his inauguration, he was rather vocal, about paying the price, and the burdens we as a nation must suffer in order to remain a free nation.

Taxes: Who Really Pays?

Although we still have Obama pushing for congress to pass his Buffet Rule, where the super rich pay more in income tax, which he says should be about 30%, others are crying foul that 46% of Americans don’t pay income tax at all. Yet our tax system is so complex. Some multimillionaires do pay a lower effective income-tax rate than some middle-income taxpayers.
